Stevedore (Project-Based)

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Loading and unloading of goods in vessel
  • Attached and position straps, cables and hooks on the goods
  • Guide the goods out of the hold while unloading

Winchman/Crane Operator (Project-Based)

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Operate crane to load and unload goods in vessel

  • Assist in Operations (loading & unloading) in vessel

Qualifications

  • Male 18-45 years old/ Physically fit
  • Highschool, vocational or short – term course graduate is acceptable

  • with NC II TESDA certificate as Crane Operator

Driver/Trailer or Heavy Equipment Driver (Project-Based)

Job Summary

The responsibility of a driver/operator is to operate a vehicle, such as a car, bus, truck, trailer, forklift and heavy equipment, in a safe and efficient manner maintaining control of the vehicle, and ensuring the safety of passengers, cargo, and other personnel.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Responsible for loading and unloading passengers, trucks, trailers, heavy equipment and cargo, such as packages, materials, or equipment onto low bed trailers and obtaining consignees signature upon delivery to the staging area, including over long distances pick-up and delivery.
  • When operating an equipment, driver/operator must follow proper lifting and handling procedures to avoid injury and ensure that the cargo is secure and protected during transport.
  • Driver/operators must also keep track of fuel and maintenance schedule and report any issues or concerns to their supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Assist in Operations (loading & unloading) in vessel

Cleaners (Project-Based)

Payroll Staff

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Maintain payroll information and update records with changes in employee details or benefits.
  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
  • Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime.
  • Calculate incentives/bonuses when appropriate.
  • Observe zero payroll payment errors such as lates, undertime, overtime etc.
  • Ensure that employees receive accurate and timely paychecks.
  • Manage and calculate taxes, deductions, and government mandate benefits.
  • Deal with complaints, questions, and inquiries regarding payroll from employees and upper management.
  • Great understanding of the concept of confidentiality.
  • Collect and compile employee time and attendance data from various sources.
  • Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation, including management of payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and other withholding accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify and reconcile employee hours, deductions, and earnings to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks or electronic transfers to employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in employment status.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, including paycheck discrepancies and tax-related questions.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and employment laws to ensure compliance.
  • Generate and distribute reports related to payroll, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and other financial documents as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and payroll records.

IT Staff

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
  • Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.
  • Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
  • Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule.
  • Ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within a company.
  • Monitoring daily operations, including server, hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Ensuring all IT Activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes and regulations.
  • Continuing up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.

Credit and Collection Staff

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Analyzes customer financial statements or credit history.
  • effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the billing and accounts receivable section.
  • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain accurate files and collection files.Reconciles customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due
  • Communicates and follows up effectively with the sales team regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
  • Conducts and document collection efforts such collection calls, customer visits , meeting and or any correspondence.
  • Follow ups with internal and external customers to ensure prompt payment of receivables.

  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience related to the job
