  • Guide the goods out of the hold while unloading

  • Highschool, vocational or short – term course graduate is acceptable

Driver/Trailer or Heavy Equipment Driver (Project-Based)

Job Summary

The responsibility of a driver/operator is to operate a vehicle, such as a car, bus, truck, trailer, forklift and heavy equipment, in a safe and efficient manner maintaining control of the vehicle, and ensuring the safety of passengers, cargo, and other personnel.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Responsible for loading and unloading passengers, trucks, trailers, heavy equipment and cargo, such as packages, materials, or equipment onto low bed trailers and obtaining consignees signature upon delivery to the staging area, including over long distances pick-up and delivery.
  • When operating an equipment, driver/operator must follow proper lifting and handling procedures to avoid injury and ensure that the cargo is secure and protected during transport.
  • Driver/operators must also keep track of fuel and maintenance schedule and report any issues or concerns to their supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Assist in Operations (loading & unloading) in vessel

Cleaners (Project-Based)

Admin Driver

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Safely operate company vehicles, including vans or other designated vehicles, to transport goods and personnel to and from specified locations.
  • Plan efficient routes to reduce travel time and fuel consumption, and to arrive safely and on time.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
  • Communicate courteously and professionally with the personnel concerned to coordinate schedules, prioritize tasks, or address any concerns.
  • Load and unload goods and materials onto vehicles, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Provide good customer service, including opening doors, assisting with luggage, and ensuring passenger comfort.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior, including regular cleaning and scheduled maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip. Check for any defects or mechanical problems and take appropriate action to address them. Report any issues or maintenance needs to company authorities immediately.
  • Assist with other duties as needed, including general tasks requiring attention, warehouse duties, or administrative tasks, to support overall company operations.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and safety.

Qualifications

  • Male
  • With 2 or 3 years of experience is an advantage with clean driving record
  • At least college level
  •  Knowledgeable to Basic Mechanic and Troubleshooting
  • Valid Professional driver’s license
  • Knowledgeable in local roads and routes, as well as GPS navigation systems and traffic laws.
  • Knowledgeable in vehicle repair
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
  • Attention to details and the ability to accurately follow instructions
  • Personal presentation and grooming
  • Physical strength and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed

Commercial Staff

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Oversee and manage client accounts to ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date, identify outstanding debts, and investigate billing history for accuracy.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to remind them of upcoming and overdue payments, and negotiate appropriate payment plans as needed, subject to manager approval.
  • Issue accurate bills to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns regarding billing, providing timely and accurate information and escalating issues to supervisors as needed for prompt resolution.
  • Visit clients’ offices to collect payments or accept payments when conducted in the office. Issue official receipts from the Accounting department.
  • Create and submit collection reports at the end of each shift for supervisor review and further action.
  • Update accurate records of payments, transactions, and client interactions on time.
  • Input bill of lading details into the Cargo Draft Summary for efficient processing.
  • Track bill of lading and inward foreign manifest received via email for timely processing.
  • Support the commercial supervisor in screening inquiries and service requirements to provide accurate price quotations.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments, such as operations and accounting, to align customer service processes and address issues effectively.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in cargo handling and customer service.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and safety.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or cargo-handling industry
  • Male
  • With good moral character
  • can work under pressure
